Ready to Roll?
What it is
The Island Roll is The Party Trailer's flagship tour — the one we built first and the one most folks book before they know what they're getting into. Two hours of Grand Bahama on wheels, departing from Celebration Key & Freeport Harbour, weaving through the parts of the island that don't make it onto cruise-ship brochures.
It's part tour, part culture crash course, part rolling pre-game for whatever you've got planned next. By the time you climb off, you'll have eaten something you can't pronounce, learned something you didn't expect, and made friends with at least three people you came in not knowing.
The route
We roll out from your pickup point and head into Freeport — past the airport, through downtown, into the local neighborhoods where the island actually lives day to day. Your guide narrates as we go: the history you'd Google later, the gossip you wouldn't, and the stories tourists usually don't get told.
First stop is a vibrant farmers market — vendors rotate seasonally, but the spread always lands somewhere between unforgettable and "wait, can I get this back home?" Conch salad and conch fritters are the classics, but you'll also find tropical fruits, fresh bread, sweets, and whatever the local makers are featuring that week. Come hungry.
From there, it's a beer and rum sampling — a proper sit-down with the spirits this island actually drinks, not the airport-shop version. Then on to a stretch of beach where you can wade in, post up under a tree, or just take a beat. If you've added optional water sports, ziplining, or ATVs, this is where they slot in.
We close the loop back to your pickup point with the music up and the trailer in full vibe.

What it is
If The Island Roll is the highlight reel, The West End Run is the director's cut. Saturdays and Sundays, we park up at Freeport YMCA and head west — the way locals spend their weekends, hitting the spots that matter that week.
There's no script for this one. No fixed stop list, no canned narration. The route shifts with the season, the weather, the local events on deck, and whatever's good right now. What stays consistent is the pace, the people, and the feeling that you're not on a tour — you're on a weekend.
The vibe
This is the trailer in its element. Bar hopping through local highlights, a stretch out toward West End where the island opens up and the pace slows down, and a beach stop somewhere along the way that you'll be telling people about for months.
Because we're rolling with what's good, no two West End Runs look exactly alike. One weekend it's a fish fry at a beach shack everyone's been raving about. The next it's a small spot doing live music. The weekend after, it's a stop at a bar that just opened up that everybody's curious about. Your guide builds the route the morning of, based on what's hitting.
What you can count on every time: a tight set of stops, real Bahamian crowds, music that carries from the trailer to the bar and back, and the kind of weekend energy you can't manufacture for tourists.
Who it's for
The West End Run is built for locals who want their Saturday handled, and for visitors who already know they don't want the typical tour. If you've ever asked a bartender "where do you go on the weekend" — this is that, on wheels.
What's included
~2 hours of bar hopping and beach time, locals-style

What it is
Same trailer, different personality every night. After Dark is the Party Trailer's nighttime program — a rotating lineup of theme nights where the stops, the soundtrack, and the energy all stay locked to one idea from the moment you board to the moment we drop you back.
Pick the night that fits your mood. Or rotate through them all and earn your stripes.
How it works
Each After Dark tour is built around a single theme. Your trailer plays that theme's soundtrack, your stops are picked to match the vibe, and your guide leans into it. You still get the four signature drinks served onboard throughout the tour — the themed stops are pay-as-you-go, so you can dip into specials at each spot without burning through what's included.
A few examples
Monday Night Football — Sports bar circuit. Wings, big screens, and the loudest cheering section in Freeport. Trailer plays the game and hype music between stops. Best for groups who want to actually watch the game and party at the same time.
Insult Tuesdays — Roast battles, comedy-friendly stops, and a "leave the feelings at home" door policy. The trailer's mic gets passed around. If you can dish it and take it, this is your night. If you can't — book a different one.
Wine Down Wednesdays — A slower pour. Wine-focused stops, lower lights, conversations you can actually have. The trailer trades the bass for something smoother. Date night energy without trying too hard.
Throwback Thursdays — 90s, 2000s, golden-era everything. The trailer becomes a time machine and the stops play along. Dress code is "the version of you from twenty years ago would approve."
Ladies Night — Built around the women in the room. Ladies-first stops, drinks built for the night, and a route that puts the energy where it belongs. Friends, sisters, coworkers, mothers and daughters — this is the one.
Mardi Gras Mobile — New Orleans-style party on wheels. Beads flying, masks on, brass-band-meets-bounce on the speakers, and stops that lean all the way into the Bourbon Street energy. Costumes encouraged, restraint optional.
Sip & Soul — R&B, soul, neo-soul, easy weekend energy. Lighter pace, slower drinks, the kind of night that resets you instead of wrecking you.
Calendar updates regularly — check the booking page for which nights are running this week.

What it is
The Charter is the Party Trailer, fully yours. No shared seats, no fixed route, no theme picked for you. You bring the occasion — we build the tour around it.
Birthdays. Anniversaries. Family reunions. Bachelorettes and bachelor parties. Promotions. Engagements. Divorces. Retirements. Graduations. "It's been a year and we needed this." Whatever you're celebrating, whatever you're surviving, whatever you just want to mark — we'll put it on wheels.
How it works
Every Charter starts the same way: you tell us what you're celebrating, who's coming, and what you're picturing. We build a custom proposal — route, music, stops, food, drinks, vibe — and dial it in with you until it's right. Then we show up and run it.
The base Charter is two hours, up to 60 guests, with the standard four-drink package onboard (Bahama Mama, Rum Punch, Goombay Smash). From there, you can layer on whatever makes the night yours.
What you can build in
Custom routes and stops — your favorite bar, the restaurant where you got engaged, the beach where the family always lands, your buddy's house for a surprise stop
Themed décor — color schemes, banners, balloons, photo backdrops, custom signage
Music your way — your playlist, a specific genre, a live performer, a DJ onboard
Catering upgrades — full meals, themed snacks, dietary-specific menus, dessert stops, custom cakes
Expanded drink packages — beyond the standard four, including specialty cocktails or a dedicated bartender
Photo and video coverage — onboard photographer or videographer to capture the night
Family-friendly or kid-centric options — see below
Family & kid-friendly Charters
The Charter is the only Party Trailer tour that's not 18+. If your event is a family reunion, a kid's birthday, a graduation party for someone who isn't legal drinking age yet, or anything else where the under-18 crowd is part of the celebration — we'll build the trailer around them.
That can mean an alcohol-free trailer, kid-friendly snacks and drinks, age-appropriate music, beach stops instead of bar stops, party games onboard, and any other adjustments that make the night work for everyone. Tell us the ages of your guests when you request your quote and we'll plan accordingly.
Pricing
The Charter starts at $1,000 for two hours. Final pricing depends on group size, route, add-ons, and any custom builds. We'll quote you the full number upfront — no surprises at the end of the night.
A 50% deposit holds your date. Balance is due before the event.
